now HOLD UP, let me cook. We had three contenders for the Decently written and Liked by the fandom tier: Ojima, Tsuno and Kazutoshi; so I had to play the elimination game with them. Tsuno can't be in Decently written because her character was handled incredibly poorly by the author. Ojima feels more on the Accepted by the fandom side, judging by the tier lists I scrolled through for half an hour. Which leaves us with Kazutoshi - who is indeed liked and is written pretty decently. so I placed Kazutoshi in Liked tier and Ojima in Accepted tier (mentally placing Tsuno in Poorly written and Liked by the fandom).
As for Decently written and Disliked, I suggest... Hiroaki, probably
