Received a video call through the Meet app from an email address I don't know. I had never even used that app before. Questions in body.?

Does that app use my phone number and this could just be a miss dial? Or does it use my email address? The email I used for my Google account isn't an email I give out so I I don't know how they would get it.

I want to get this showerhead installed Canopy showerhead, do I just unscrew the hose from the first picture and screw in the new one? And I don't have to turn the water off correct? Also, can I purchase a new shower head holder that would go on the bar in the second picture? Because I don't think the new shower head will fit on the holder that's there. I'm a quadriplegic so I'll probably have someone do this for me, is this easy enough for a handyman?
