Hi everyone,

I recently sent my Christopher Ward Twelve 36mm Alta White for repair because the rotor kept getting stuck.

I shipped it to the UK and they fixed it under warranty for free. I got the watch back 2 months later ( I got it yesterday ).

They repaired it successfully but they did not return the Warranty Card. Has anyone else experienced this - Im not sure if it's deliberate or not but it reduces the value of the watch quite a bit

Any help is great!
