Advice for a minor issue?

Hi guys, first off, two things:

  1. I'm not good at navigating Reddit, this seemed like a good, high traffic sub to ask in. I apologise if I was wrong and misinterpreted the rules.

  2. if you're after a spicy story, keep scrollin'. This isn't a dramatic story, just an irritating issue that I feel somewhat helpless in.

So, I got new neighbours in January. At the end of that month, my someone stuffed two bags load of rubbish into my Otto bin (or maybe trash can for Americans; the big bin that the bin guys empty every week). I live in Sydney where cockatoos make a living picking apart bins and making a dang mess all over the street, so I am VERY conscious never to over fill it. Since this had never happened before they moved in, I asked if they had done it, and they denied it. So I was left to pick up what is most likely their rubbish from the front of my house like an unpaid cleaner.

Now, there is a plethora of albeit anecdotal evidence:

  1. and most obviously, was never a problem before they moved in.

  2. at the end of January, there was Halloween rubbish added to my bin. When I (politely) confronted my neighbours, there was further Halloween rubbish tucked away to the side of their car port.

  3. they are the same bin bags my neighbours use, and they are the only ones in the street who have over-filled bins every single week (and by the way, when the cockies rip rubbish out of their Otto's, they do not bother to pick it up).

Another couple of things to note are that I plan to buy a camera to make sure I have concrete evidence, but I am struggling financially, so I don't know how soon I can do this. Secondly, we both rent with the same real estate and share a property manager, but I don't know what (if anything) they could do about it.

Is there anything I can do? I know it sounds really petty, but I'll be damned if I have to go picking up my lazy neighbours rubbish from the street again just because they don't know how to manage their waste properly.

Who remembers Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy?

Not really much else to say, just wondering how many of us thoroughly enjoyed this game when it was current? I've played it recently and it still holds up. A revolutionary game of my childhood with EPIC lightsaber combat, and I don't know if it's the nostalgia goggles talking, but I have never enjoyed a Star Wars game as much as this (except KOTOR, but that's a bit of a different beast).

Hi guys! I'm finally getting around to an int/faith build and am going straight to Caria Manor for the most beautiful straight sword in the game.

First of all, to any SONAF enjoyers, how does the triple split damage hold up across the span of the game?

My second (and main question) is, what are some good weapons with low requirements I can infuse and use as back up weapons? Just for funsies, I don't plan to go over the 12 str/dex needed for SONAF. Please exclude other straight swords from your suggestions.

Thank you 🙂
