Driver marked my package delivered but didn’t arrive
Amazon marked my package as delivered but didn’t arrive. Then their customer service ordered a replacement telling me to ignore the shipping label email. Now Amazon is charging me for the ‘extra item’ I did not receive. I reached out to customer service a couple of times to resolve the matter. They emailed me for a refund but I don’t know if I’d trust it. My card still gets charged anyway.
Why does Amazon keep on hiring offshore scammers as customer service??
