Reta 2.5 months!!
I’ve been on Reta since mid March. Started off at 255-257 just hit 228 this morning!!
I want to get into the gym but don’t have a routine, I would like to tone up my arms (my biggest insecurity) I’m pretty active, love to do pick up sports and walk/swim, go hiking ect. I would just like to become a gym rat this summer! Would love to hear some good starter routines from anyone!!
