My fiancé just got fired for a bs reason and I'm pissed
At this point I need somewhere to vent.
After 6 long months of applying for local cdl A jobs and not hearing back from anyone my fiancé finally landed a pretty great job even tho he had to down grade to driving a box truck but money is money.
He's been there for a month, gets to work an hour early everyday and doesn't milk the clock like his other coworkers. Well today after he finishes his shift he's pulled into the office where he's then fired because he works too quickly and doesn't speak good enough Spanish" (his job seems to hire a lot of non-English speakers and his only request was to be given 1 helper out of 4 who speaks English so they could communicate more efficiently as a team since his Spanish is very patchy). I'm so upset. We have a baby on the way and were viewing apartments and now I'm freaking tf out bc I don't know what to do.
We can afford another 3+ months of looking for jobs only to be ghosted by recruiters. He's so deflated rn and feels like he's disappointing everyone and the last thing he needs is me freaking out.
