Don't join SCIT, its not an institute for non tech background
People with Non tech background don't at all join this institute at all , you will not be shortlisted , the administration is shit , people will say non tech peps will get shortlisting but you don't and all the good companies are moving away slowly as they have started realizing the actual worth of the institute. People with good work ex and good profile don't even get shortlisting for internship interviews and you will see engineers with a 5 or 6 in the profile getting placed , nothing is transparent and its a total dictatorship here. Everyone will say the profile is the problem so non tech peps stay as far as possible.
This institute had just 2 floors in the whole building and currently managing 260 per batch is a headache here (ITBM and DSDA included) plus they are adding another course which is a whole new course so you can expect a huge chaos, this campus cannot handle more students.
Nothing about AI is being taught here. There is only 2 course of AI and its of no use. Take it out of your option and don't think it if you are non tech background
