In early April - A check payment was stolen from the El toro california post office and the payee name was very poorly changed but not erased. USB has been fooling around with me on this for almost 3-months and said my refund was approved 3-weeks ago but still no refund and I even visited the bank in person. Anybody know a better course of action than calling the fraud department or visiting the bank? Everyone has been super nice but I'm simply not seeing any move
