How do I get my study permit if my application is approved while I am in Canada as a Tourist. Outside Canada Applicant.

Reapplied on 16th July (First application was rejected back in May)

Currently Background check is in process. Medical and Biometrics updated a very long time ago.

I am an Indian Applicant (undergrad). My classes begin 9th September. How much longer can it take to get a decision?

Almost running out of patience. Wud be very helpful if anyone could give some sort of info. Thanks.
