What is the difference between these two hardware kits?

I'm considering buying a Breacher hardware kit but and I want to know the difference between these two because one is a bit cheaper.

I was also wondering what type of filament I should use to print the parts. I currently have a ton of Bambu PLA but I'm not sure if I need something stronger.

I've been trying to play sbeev's "Create'a Colony" modpack for a while now, but I just can't seem to get good FPS. My average is around 15-20 fps with an 8 chunk render distance. my pc isnt bad by any means I have a 4060, i7-13620H, and 16 GB DDR5 RAM, it can run any other game I throw at it on high graphics at over 100 fps, but any Minecraft modpack I play it struggles. Any ideas on how to improve my performance?
