An upcoming boundary management research that aims to improve working conditions in Pakistan
Hi, we, psychology students at Bahria University are collecting data for an upcoming Pakistani research.
The study revolves around boundary management and how the new generational cohort in the workplace (Gen Z) establish their boundaries and how this can effect their role as an employee and at home.
If our hypothesis are correct, the results from this study can better inform policy makers on a private and public level on the consequences of having employees be present online to carry out further work duties, which could ultimately eliminate this toxic work practice.

If your workplace switched to hybrid or fully remote due to recent policy changes related to fuel costs, please answer the form based on how things were when you worked fully on-site, before those changes.
