Help a newbie out!

hello! I’m super new to tracking my health data with bevel and I wanted to see how the community is tracking it. here’s what I do - I usually log my meals, and “journal” items. I track my workouts and progression. I see the sleep stats but honestly I go ahead and do a heavy workout regardless of what the recovery tells me because I think it has <2 weeks of data. eventually I plan to tweak my workout intensities with the recovery and sleep scores

but curious, how do you use it? what - apart from observations - do you benefit from?
