MH DBQ???
I decided to request my C&P exams and the only one DBQ I would say isn’t accurate and is honestly horrendous is my MH claim. The examiner was 30 minutes late and the exam lasted only 10 minutes, they didn’t ask me about anything other than my alcohol use (went to Sarp) and sleep issues. I assumed my medical record provided all of that and that she was filling in what wasn’t clear, but no she really just didn’t give me a proper exam I fear….. I’m looking for advice on what to do because of this. I did already submit a buddy statement and these therapy notes which contradict her lack of checked boxes but I’m not sure what else to do. I’ll attach the DBQ and the notes.
TLDR: Need advice after 10 minutes C&P that wasn’t comprehensive and felt dismissive….
