I got this Thai Con not quite 2 weeks ago and repotted it after about a week since the soil didn’t seem to be draining water very well (was still wet). It sits maybe 3ft from the window and alder has grow lights for days it’s less sunny. Leaves are normally facing the window but moved for pics.

These brown spots started showing up a few days ago and have been getting bigger. Seems to only be on the white parts? It also had a couple crispy spots/tips throughout when i bought it.

Any idea what this is from/how to help it?
