I have a Ryzen 7 9800x3d 32 ddr5 g skill memory and a 5080, i already tested everything turning off audio and cameras I don’t use, removed sticks of ram, updated all drivers including bios but still the same. I wonder if it’s a windows issue and crystal disk info says my m.2 ssd is in good health. It started with a quick lag with a buzzing noise when an audio crashes when in calls or games and now sometimes it’s just completely unplayable with ping spikes and micro freezes
