hi so i have tried some medium roast beans and currently i also have medium roast beans ready to brew since i love fruity and balanced taste in my drink, i always use 1 : 2 ratio for 18g in and 36g out since i don't want to have 40g out since it will make it taste watery if i mix it with milk (if served as black ,it would taste absolutely good)

even i have good extraction time around 28s, and taste good in my opinion if i drink straight espresso, it always lack of body/viscosity when i mixed with milk

is it better to increase the dose for 20g in and aim 40g out for medium roast?
