Hello guys I am having an issue booking with Holland2stay. I am starting as an international student in September I have been accepted at Leiden university, however they only finalize enrolments during the summer. Holland2stay is telling me that if I can’t provide them with an official proof of enrolment they will cancel my booking. I have explained the situation to them. I tried calling Leiden’s Housing line but it’s a holiday and they are closed so I sent an email request which will only be answered within 4 business days and it’s Friday already 😵‍💫 I genuinely don’t know what to do.
