Klassic Tower Fatal Level 60 - Noob Question

Hey, I just started playing a few weeks ago, and the learning curve is fun, but ... I'm stuck on Klassic Fatal Level 60. Diamond Jax Briggs keeps resurrecting, sometimes with 200k xp (last puff?) then again up to 800k xp. How do I keep him from resurrecting? I feel like there is an obvious answer, but at beginner level I can't figure out how to beat him...

Any help would be appreciated.

Just started a dividend portfolio that I'm hoping will be our family's legacy account... in lieu of a real estate portfolio or other passive income options. We've wanted rental property, but pricing is too high, so we're renting our capital out with dividends in mind. Thanks for the inspiration all!
