I have the string trimmer version that you have to hand crank to reload the string. I think they came out with the power feed about 3 months after I bought mine. I saw at my local Ace that they sell just the power loader head. A couple questions:

-I’m assuming the head is compatible with my older version. Right?

-Has anyone done this before? Is it reasonably easy for a moderately skilled person to swap out?
