Recently purchased new construction. Noticed gray spots underneath the stairwell crawlspace on the drywall, looks like it’s been present for a few months based off of old photos had documented during our first walk-through. Starting to notice similar looking gray, odorless, flat spots throughout other portions of the basement. Photo 1 is from a closet across the basement and photo 2 is from the area under our stairwell.

Purchased new construction a few months ago, noticed gray circles all over the drywall throughout the basement. Concentrated in a crawlspace under the stairwell. But also found a small concentration in a closet across the room. No odors, spots are gray, smooth, and does not wipe away with dry cloth.
