Tata Sierra Update!!

I recently completed 3k kms on my Tata Sierra 1.5 NA petrol DCA. I bought this as my secondary vehicle, and drive almost every alternate day. The fuel efficiency I'm getting is okayish. 12kmpl in City and 17.5 kmpl on highways.

As of now I see no panel gaps, fit and finish issue or any issue at all with the car. I know this car is getting famous for it's unreliable nature but if the PDI is done correctly and with the updated software, issues have reduced for the owners

Out of 30k+ cars less than 500 have faced issues with electronics and less than 100 cars have engine issues as per latest insurance claim reports. (Saw it on a post, not sure about authenticity)

I bought this car purely for looks and stance and it is performing good for me on that part.

As I own a camry, I sometimes face GC issues so I take this car out in such areas.

Owning one of the most reliable and unreliable cars in the Indian market! AMA

We daily drive both of our cars, 2026 Camry and The sierra. Though Sierra being considered a reliability nightmare, I've luckily not faced any issues yet.

Really happy with Camry as well, the 220+bhp is really fun to drive with 25kmpl FE. I had to buy a Sierra purely for ground clearance and I loved the looks.
