Constipation and fatigue

I'm having a hard time figuring out what's happening with my microbiome. The typical pattern is that I will eat a meal with a trigger food. About 12 hours later, fatigue and constipation start to set in. That lasts another 36 hours or so until the fatigue lets up and I'm back to my normal BM frequency of one per day.

The problem is that I can't make any sense of the trigger foods. Perhaps the worst one is cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, kale, and brussel sprouts. I also get it from wheat. And I get it from rice, which seems weird because it should be a fairly neutral food.

I seem to do very well on fruit and meat.

Hydrogen Sulfide Restore

This is more of a microbiome / large intestine post rather than SIBO. After years of battling gut issues, I finally honed in on hydrogen sulfide dysbiosis about a year ago. Over the past year, I have twice done a regimen of very low sulfur diet paired with high antimicrobials. Both time it relieved my symptoms (primarily fatigue). After the first time I tried this regimen, I had a lot of stress and just didn't have the time to focus on my diet and the symptoms came back. Now that I've done this again (and it's worked again), I'm looking for advice on how to go about restoring my microbiome without allowing the dysbiosis to come back. It's not super obvious to me, as sulfur and prebiotics both seem to feed the dysbiosis.

ADU mud and tape price

I just finished hanging the drywall in an ADU I'm building. I want to hire someone to mud and tape it to a skip trowel texture. I plan on doing the primer and finish coat. What is a rough square foot price for this?

Rifaximin Tijuana

Just thought I'd add my 2 cents here. I had a prescription for Rifaximin back in 2021, but declined due to the $2,200 price tag. I'm still dealing with dysbiosis now, and wanted to finally give Rifaximin a try. I live in San Diego, so I figured I try getting the Flonorm Mexican version in Tijuana. No problem. Took about 3 hours total. The Roma pharmacy is literally right there once you walk across. It took 10 minutes and $7 to get the prescription. Then another $275 to get a 4-pack (56 tablets) of Flonorm. Then $10 to take the bus back across the border.

Also, I tried the candmedship / Mark's Marine and Push Health. But Push Health won't send the prescription to canmedship. Lots of posts recommending them, but no idea how to actually get that to work.
