Need advice on fixing sleep schedule quickly
Hey y'all I'm a college student who is starting my first internship at the start of June and due to the location of it relatively to me I'm gonna have to start waking up at around 6am in order to make sure I'm not late.
Currently my sleep schedule is atrocious and its been like this for around 8 months. I don't end up falling asleep until 4am and wake up around 2pm since my class schedule is very lenient.
I've tried for months to just wake up to an alarm but I can never get myself to get out of bed when it starts going off since I only end up sleeping around 3 hours by the time it starts going off
Need some advice on what I can do to hopefully repair my sleep schedule in the around 2 weeks into a more normal rhythm as I do not want to risk ever being late when it comes to this internship. Thanks in advance guys.
