Hi all, I’m a customer in Maryland, starting my 4th year of service with Xfinity at this address. (Many years with Xfinity at other addresses.) My latest bill jumped from $70/mo to $113/mo.

I switched both my auto and home insurance last month over similar price hikes and competitive offers. I’d like to give Xfinity a chance to review my account before I switch.

My subscription price includes only internet and the modem rental, with mobile at a separate price. High speeds and streaming packages are not a selling point for me; I’d be fine with the lower speeds of home 5G competitors. My area has newer internet providers for the basic services I value at prices below $70/mo.
