the link on portal Know your AO is showing 404, what should I do? I have pending refund for 2024-2025 assessment year it has been months and no response from portal or CPC

I heard some got refunds recently, though no mentioned here. I am wondering which date is currently processing. mine is August and still pending.

My AY 24-25 status is changed to processed with refund due on 25th Dec, and amount not credited yet, bank contact said they have not received any request for pay for my PAN. IT as usual not replying to mail. Call centre said there is a glitch and nobody got payment for the processed list of that day. and they dont know when they will process it. saying they have escalated the case. but 5 months almost and no refund

My claim is under process since April 27th and not yet settled. how many days it will take and is there any option to escalate it ? or will it be faster if we go directly to the local EPFO office ?

Has anyone received ?

It's still on the same status, under process. when can I expect the withdrawal to be approved

There is absolutely no clarity since April on the refunds, only occasional posts here claiming refund received. I have 2024 - 2025 AY around 2L and 25-26 AY around 2.5 L refund pending.
