I am currently renting in a studio type condo near MRT Shaw and my contract will end by July. It’s okay lang sana to renew because the rent is just 10k + 1,500 assoc dues & water but the unit is kind of old na, the cr does not have exhaust fan and pabalik balik molds :( and I need a space rin sana for my clothing business.

I need sana a:
- Bigger studio or 1BR unit / apartment
- Walking distance to Megamall or The Podium
- If not, near sana sa MRT stations
- Budget is 10-13k (can be stretched to 15k but depends sa location)
- Preferably not in Deca
