What are the outcomes you typically see in DV cases in QLD, Australia cases?

Preparing myself mentally for what's to come. Not seeking advice - I am the aggrieved just trying to wrap my head around it all.

5x DVO breaches charged currently, goes for mention next week. Beyond that, police are working on a "plethora" of charges that may include:

1-4 dep of liberty

1-10 common assault

Coercive control

1-3 AOBH

1 theft

1 strangulation

2-8 wilful damage

Each of these will constitute a breach of general condition DVO & there may be a multitude of breaches attached to the occurance spanning 8 months that may not otherwise constitute a charge. Given that there is evidence that almost daily for some time he would xall names, use severe put-downs, isolate and show disregard for clearly expressed fear for safety, the breach charges are potentially ridiculously high.

Police have been given 1.5gb of data including video, screenshots, audio, 12+ witnesses, photos and other corroborating evidence (such as hotel receipts which match audio/screenshots at times of fleeing, time stamped diary entries in the form of Samsung notes taken via phone, etc)

What they believe is workable or helpful is yet to be determined, however, there is evidence everywhere.

His only priors are a driving unlicenced, DUI & a drug charge from 2007. The 5 breaches should well and truly be indicted by the time the major occurance is before the court. There was a child present at the most recent assault who didnt visually see it but heard it.

Defendant was already disqualified from a Mens Behaviour Change Program less than 12mo ago, resisted couples counselling when his integrity was called into question. He is currently on bail for his breaches. My understanding is that prosecutions may be planning to oppose bail next week. He is a chronic alcoholic with severe health issues as a result of his drinking. He has no job, living with his mother who is currently on life support, he has no support system by way of friends or professional.

All I know so far is that the "the sum of evidence is substantial" and they are piecing together the final witness statement, however it is so substantial that they are taking their time ensuring it is covered. They say he is a high risk offender and has all the markers for lethality. I have increased patrols around my home and priority 000 flagging. I am having to wear a duress alarm for my safety as kidnapping risk is substantial based on prior behaviour.

I am curious about potential outcomes and what others have seen in similar cases. If there are other cases I can look up to see what the sentencing outcomes were, that would be great. Obviously each case is unique but some experiences, stories, ideas or public info on cases like this would help. Also any ideas on how that evidence would work, what it sounds like to a lawyer, etc.

Context: together a little under 2 years. When he is great, he is great. When he isn't, he is a monster.

He has been "at large" for days now, with escalating harassing behaviour begging for me to "not let this be how it ends" and trying to convinve me to come be with him. He is a violent alcoholic whose biggest trigger is accountability.

The police are actively looking for him now and I can't sleep in fear he is going to show up.

Just wondering how anyone else has gone in QLD having a breach of DVO convicted. What were the outcomes? Especially under the new coercive control laws.

The general condition DVO was upgraded to full no-contact, no approach, no locate & ouster last Monday. He has breached 2x already. Most recently he contacted me today to try begging me to "not screw him over in court" and tell me he has done nothing wrong.

I just want to be left alone.
