Esophagus Spasms - No answers
Does anyone else experience left arm pain, squeezing in to shoulder in to chest, chest pressure or pain that feels like something’s rising, or a wave of somethings coming up, sometimes causes shortness of breath, my mouth goes extremely dry and it’s hard to swallow then deep burps come out alleviating it for a moment, ….not like a dainty burb a full blown Barney from the Simpson burp ? One time it was so bad the pain shot up my back and in to my neck, another time my eyebrow was so heavy !
Theyre almost like a panic attacks and last for an hour or two, daily or every other day ?
They’ve put me in the emergency room multiple times and by the time they pass you feel so stupid again to be told your heart is fine it’s acid or gerd ? here’s a GI cocktail be on your way ?
I read in here about people’s symptoms but never how often they occur.
PPIs didn’t do a thing and Pepcid 40mg was helping for a while came off it, went back in and doesn’t work anymore.
ive had gerd for roughly 4 months but the arm and chest pain has been new 2 weeks or so.
I’ve done endo, cardiologist, all sorts of blood tests, CT scan and all I had always grade A erosions.
do you feel that symptoms return differently often ?
i was also looking in to Esophogus spasms but the whole thing knocks me on my ass sometimes morning sometimes afternoon and night ? it’s so bad i drive to the ER and sit in my car.
I’ve never felt heartburn tho. I don’t have the burn just everything else of silent reflux.
tried gaviscon uk, gas x now im being told take anxiety medication when I know it’s not anxiety pain as once these episodes pass, my stomach starts making all sorts of noise
