I have iPhone 15 and it’s not even a year. With this battery health and cycles, is it normal? I usually charge when it reached 30-40 and charge it until 90. I never overcharged it or charged it overnight. My bad habit is I have uneasy feeling whenever I want to go out and the battery is under 70 percent, I charged it until 90. My casing have a lot of holes so heat would dissipate quickly.
