28. Useless degree. Bad health. Fat. Almost ten years of staying at home and being useless. I need a career, a non dead end job before depression kills me.

My skills to help job search: a nice voice. Bilingual in a non english speaking country. Decent with computers.

Stuff against me: unlike amazing western countries with 3-4% unemployment rate, my country probably has something along 20%. So almost all entry level jobs require references(unless you are overqualified)

I am fat, and have rather bad teeth, so not really attractive for "front" jobs.

10 years of parents house fucks your confidence and social skills up real good.

I am open to... almost everything right now. I am close to offing myself. I need a job. A carreer, I have 0 motivation to live, let alone working a dead end job.

Is it possible to pull them out of the "zone" ? (excessive complaining, starting arguments, seeking dopamine)

I don't know how to word it better, but there is this "zone" that usually lasts 1-3 hours, it starts with simple whining about something into full blown misinfo/delusion/exaggerating(I am assuming she[dx] does this to get me to say something)

Like, it gets bad enough she would claim something was "always like this" (it wasnt) pointing it out causes rsd, and grey rocking causes her to lash out even more till I cant take it.

My questions... I can feel when an episode is coming, but I cannot stop it when it starts, what I should do?

Need some advice, how do I get rid of the feeling that they respect other people's ideas, opinions, and feelings more then mine? I felt i was going crazy before finding here...

It literally doesnt matter if its something I am expert at, she(dx)(non med) basically asks for advice, and two things happen; She ignores what I said, does what she wants. Or...She digs her heels down, and fights back tooth and nail to avoid accepting my advice, giving reasons how it would NEVER work (despite me showing her otherwise).

And the best part of it? She'll take some randos advice on reddit like gospel, but no, not me.
