What should I know if I’m going to Texas for vaginoplasty?

Gonna be in Texas for vaginoplasty on September 15th for 3 ish weeks. Is there anything I should know? I’m gonna be in Frisco and around that area.
Scared because of the political situation and the unknowns in the coming few months, also considering Texas is probably the worst place for a trans person to be.
