Ladder App for postpartum
I’m about to reach the point of being cleared to workout postpartum and would love some insight on the Ladder app.
Going back to the gym is not feasible due to financial reasons and time restraints. After doing some research, this app seems like a great alternative but I would love some user insight before I jump in. Here are some questions I have:
Is this app good for strictly at home workouts? I have some dumbells and resistance bands and am willing to get other small equipment as needed.
Has anyone used this app postpartum? If so, are there programs gentle enough to ease back into working out. My primary fitness goal is to just move my body and reconnect with my muscles/body. Then it will be to lose those last few baby pounds.
Which team/program works best for at home and/or postpartum? Having more insight on the programs will allow me to discuss my fitness plans with my doctor to ensure I don’t overdue it!
