[Request] International Student from Spain's Birthday [Canada]
Hey RAOC! I hope everyone is doing well and is having a great day.
This year we've had an International student (14 years old, F) living with us from Spain. She has been quite possibly the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful person we've ever had in our lives. Although she's just a kid, she seems to see the world in such a positive light. Just listening to her speak about the beauty of life has been eye-opening and even when there's moments that I'm getting grouchy I think "would she be grouchy over this?".
Whenever anyone mentions her positivity she says "Why does everyone ask? I'm not really being positive, I'm just being me".
Her birthday is upcoming and I was wondering if anyone was able to send her a birthday card. I'd love to make her time in Canada special and memorable and I know getting a few cards from wonderful internet strangers would give her extra reason to believe that there's greatness and positivity in this world.
Although I have sent a couple of cards in his group, I'm still fairly new to this Sub, so apologies in advice if I've done anything incorrectly. I read the ROACFAQ and went through quite a few posts to make sure I'm on the right track.
