Do yourself a favor, do NOT rent from Miles Horton. He is a liar & will do anything to get as much money out of you as possible. He has a massive criminal record(which you can & should look up) and is currently being sued by several old tenants.
He was late on move in day, the property wasn’t move in ready for several weeks after the lease, the properties next to each other are $500+ difference in prices. He has tried to hit me with the most insane move out fees. definitely have all of my screenshots ready. It’s been a serious fight the last year & I don’t plan on stopping.

People like him make me sick. I just wanted to try to warn as many people as possible.
