Title: What’s one healthy habit you KNOW helps you, but still struggle to stay consistent with?

I’m curious what habit people struggle to maintain consistently despite knowing it’s beneficial.

Could be:

sleep

exercise

hydration

proper meals

reducing caffeine

screen time

anything else

Would genuinely love to know.

Does anyone else feel like modern life is becoming strangely unhealthy?

Not talking about junk food alone. I mean the overall lifestyle. People are more informed about health than ever before…

yet somehow:

\* sleep schedules are worse,

\* stress is higher,

\* meals are skipped,

\*Hydration is ignored,

and “being busy” has become normal.

Feels like we’re optimising everything except our actual wellbeing.

Curious if others feel this too or if I’m overthinking it.
