This is a video of the old turbo that died from oil starvation and stopped making power but we put a new turbo in and made sure it was getting oil but it still makes the same if not a very similar sound that only comes on when there is boost. Is it a leak in the down pipe or up pipe? Or is it also oil starvation (2005 forester 2.5 xt)
