Is my labret embedding?
I got my central labret pierced 11 days ago today.
Don’t crucify me for this, but I actually got it downsized from a 10 to an 8 because I couldn’t talk. It kept snatching my gum and I felt instant relief.
But for those who doesn’t know me, new things scare me and I get paranoid easily.
Is my piercing alright? Is it embedding?
It has gotten a tear underneath (which I think is normal from what I’ve heard). It’s like an UFO in the cornfield, you know? Creating that circle.
What worries me is that when I relax, the edges gets sucked down and swallowed a little. I can still see the back, but just the center of the back.
On these pictures I do stretch the lip a little because I realized that taking a selfie of the inside of your mouth is without stretching the lips is impossible. So it looks more visible here than I notice irl.
I can push the back out so far with ease, no pain or anything
