Apologies if this is a dumb question! I recently entered my late 20s and I have a fair amount of savings in a HYSA and, when I had a full-time job, put a fair amount in my 401k (I am currently in grad school so am not contributing right now as I’m not employed). I have about $5000 in savings bonds that I am planning to invest - but how do I even do that? Is there a website I go to, or can I do it through my bank? I feel silly even asking.

Hi all- moving back to dc in a few days (yay!!!) and I want to do a long walk similar to the episode in Broad City where they walk the length of Manhattan (~15 miles). Any recommendations on streets to walk? I’m thinking either Massachusetts Ave or 14th St NW.
