Storm Work as a Ground guy

Hey just getting started, signed my local books, gonna sign more soon, what do you guys know about doing storm work as a knew Groundman? I live in Colorado but PA (where I'm originally from) is possibly gonna be hit with tornados and getting storms. How could I get on work related to those? How do you storm chase?

Help with sighting in?

So I bought a Hoyt Enduro a couple months ago, I go to a local outdoor range I've been like 6 times since I got it. Loving it.

Was pulling it pretty easy at 60 so I bumped to 70lbs (DL 28.5") and paper tuned it yesterday. Got dialed back in at 20 yds. Before my five pins were pretty well set for 20-30-40-etc. I only shot up to 40.

Now when I shoot at 30yds I'm like 6 inches high and at 40 yds I'm almost 1 foot high consistently.

Curious if this is an obvious thing to fix? I'm guessing it has to do with the change in poundage.

Should I get a single pin slider? I'd love to get it dialed to 10yds per pin again if possible.

Should I switch?

Maybe a longer post just want some opinions:

So this is my first legit hunting worthy compound bow, I got a Hoyt Enduro at Scheels with everything I needed for just under $1400 after taxes. I've been dying to get back into it and start hunting out here (CO) but just haven't been able to swing it with having our boys the last few years. I really wanted a Mathew's, they didn't really have a good budget bow. I like the Enduro a lot.

Was at Scheels a few days ago and saw a lightly used LIFT for $1000 with everything but the Bridgelock stabilizer. Way nicer sight, came with limb legs and everything.

Was at the bow range tonight and saw two people shooting a Mathew's LIFT and they were sooo quiet.

Should I return my bow for the upgrade or should I just ride it out with this thing for a couple years? Thoughts? :)
