Does uber eats need to be held to the same level of account as food establishments?
Im so tired of it, i order heaps from uber eats. But when resteraunts dont meet timings and delivery drivers nope out (understandably) then they just keep delaying latest arrival and youre liable fpr cancelling unless you took screenshots and call them out.
Its shitty bloody practice and they get away with it cause its an app and people dont record proof and also its small sums but enough mate. Whos with me.
I love the convenience of it but they bloody need to be held to account at some point. I dont want money off it, i want accountability that would apply to any restaurant.
Hell im all for a fine going towards food for foodbanks.
Ps: im not talking london or edinburgh with plenty of drivers. Im talking small towns where they know they dont have the drivers to support this bs.
