Bought this 2021 TRD OR about 8 months ago from Carvana, clean title, no reported accidents, passed “Carvana’s 150 point inspection”- all good.

Recently got everything I needed to do an oil change myself, got under the truck and saw what looks like a prior weld job or some type of breaking of the front suspension crossmember. After doing some research I found that Toyota does sell this as a purchasable item directly from them- would I be able to replace this myself all things considered?
Or am I turbo fucked and need to go down the Carvana claim/insurance route…
