I set my combo on my carryon, used it for one trip and then stored it with the zippers unlocked. A few months later, for my next trip I packed up, locked the zippers and when I tried my combination and every possible combination I might have used, nothing worked. I was on vacation and needed into my bag so I ended up breaking the zipper pulls (which are still stuck in the locks) off the sliders.

I have no idea how to remove the pulls from the lock…ideas??
