I applied for Access to Work Grant in April 2025 following confirmation of my ADHD diagnosis. I work on a self employed basis.
I have had absolutely no contact since my application from the DWP. I followed up after the 30 weeks and was told self employed applications take longer. Can anyone advise me if there is any way to accelerate this. I am struggling to make ends meet, struggling to do things which would probably improve my earnings potential but the work I do is meaningful and helps many other people. If I could get the admin help I could help more people but right now I’m sinking.
