So Last night i turned on my pc, taskbar was missing. last time i started it up it was completely fine, im on windows 11 and my file explorer also looked different. What i suspect that happened was after i used applocker earlier this year, which then accidentally broke all apps and i had to enter safe mode to remove the policy. which then after broke microsoft store apps and xbox app, the next thing i suspect that happened was when i turned on my pc in the middle of a storm suprise windows update power outage mid update later PC updated completely fine fast forward 2 months forward now the taskbar is missing, windows search popup, and the file explorer and possibly more things look weird broken or missing.
