What would be estimated cost of btech cse including hostel 5 seater non ac for 4 years without scholarship and with 30 perecent scholarship? Also should I consider chitkara University over chandigarh or chandigarh is better

Anyone here from chitkara University? Can you please tell me about its placement, faculty and admission procedure my marks in jee are very low . I am getting 30 percent scholarship in CU which I should take ? I am from UP .
