Has anyone experienced issues logging into their Tradovate account via Tradingview? I have a paid plan and tried creating a support ticket and was prompted to upgrade my plan if I want to create a ticket….

I didn’t change my password or username anywhere and I’m able to log into Tradingview and Tradovate on their website without issues.
