I started noticing that my paint (basically on several materials such as resin, paper etc) have a small appearing dry spots (fish eyeing probably). I have cleaned everything with ethyl sanded it, finished with water. I'm using Mr hobby C and H and it's even appearing when I do layering H over C. Maybe the humidity is too high?(70%) Appreciate any help!
