O1B visa with premium processing at Texas USCIS center with no update since April 9th
Hello,
I applied via a lawyer January 7th and got an RFE January 27th we responded April 2nd even though the RFE wasn't aggressive but it questioned 1 1/2 of the criteria and approved 1 1/2.
They received all the material by April 9th with pp and since then there hasn't been a change in the status of the application. My lawyer contacted Premium Procession Department and were told my case is being actively reviewed. Anyone else in the same boat? is this normal? what should I expect? my lawyers are not giving me any answers except let's wait and see.
I was on F1 and then opt and have ran out of my grace period so if the decision is negative I literally have to pack and go asap.
