I can’t find any photos of their growing this way, but I’m hoping it works🤞

Hey folks! This is my first time propagating. My monstera that I’ve had for about 2 years was getting tall and leggy because she got months without good light. I’m using filtered water and it’s under a 24 W grow light 14 hrs a day. I’m 3 days past propagating just changed the water for the first time. In the last pic you can see my first root popping out! I’m wondering if the aerial roots I have are good, or too long. I’ve read that they can benefit the plant, but they can also be susceptible to root rot. All advice and tips appreciated!

New syngonium owner here! I’ve been doing a ton of research on this gal I just brought home. It seems like it needs a more chunky soil mix in a couple weeks once it’s adjusted to its environment, but beyond that, I’m not sure what I can do to help it out. Anything helps😁
